- Provision of loan for 1545 healthy poor women mainly widowed or divorced organized for income-generating activities;
- Provision of educational support for 11,700 poor school children;
- Establishment of an income generating bakery project for healthy poor women
- Provision of tailor-made health and hygiene education to more than 17,300 community groups aged 10 and above;
- Renovation of 77 ruined houses owned by poor households including female- headed households;
- Construction of 59 water supply points;
- Construction of 83 communal pit latrines each with four seats;
- Construction of 13 public showers (with ten rooms for men and women);
- Construction of 33 cloth-washing stands;
- Provision of 11 skips (for solid waste disposal);
- Construction and installation of 13 biogas facilities with communal pit latrines, and bio kitchens;
- Construction of two roof water catchments for remote area school children;
- Organization of 5000 youths into HIV /AIDS working groups;
- Conducting training workshops on HIV/AIDS for pear educators, counselors, voluntary caretakers, for members of the organized working groups;
- Provision of marketable skill training for more than 200 youth;
- Construction and installation of one public library with the capacity of 70 seats;
- Construction and establishment of two Alternative Basic Child Education Centers/ ABECs/ for 1,720 primary school-aged children;
- Conducting enabling training , workshops and organizing experience-sharing sessions for Woreda level Government officials, court officials, women's representatives, youth groups, traditional leaders, and representatives of FBOs, CBOs, and Civil Society organizations;
- HIV/AIDS vulnerability reduction which were targeted on 200 OVCs and 100 parents and guardians and in general the whole community members;
- Integrated women empowerment project on addressing ,1,000 pro –poor women plus their households through Income Generating Scheme, Livelihood Skill training and Literacy
- 12 primary school support with Mini Media material, school Uniform for OVCs and educational material support
